Championships and Best Racing : '77 Hales Corners Track Champion '86 Hales Corners clean sweep in the open show along with 2 track records, '00 Road America - great racing until the last lap. You need air in all four tires to finish well at that track. 00 Mid American Champion. 2003 Mid American Champion. 2005 Mid American Championship. Clean sweep at Hallett Motor Raceway in Oklahoma last March with the truck. Win at Road America and Daytona International in 06 with ASA Road Race Car.

What he does for a living: Bill and Jan work together at their own business located in West Allis, WI. The business is called Prietzel's Quality Auto Repair Inc. They have owned their own business for 24 years and have been in their present location for 18 years. (Corner of 75th and Becher St. in West Allis, WI)

Name: Jan Prietzel

What she does: Writes the checks.

Birth date: January 3rd, 1953

Birth Place: Milwaukee

Family: Married to Bill for 37 years, 2 kids and 6 grandkids later.

Favorite Foods: Anything that I don't have to cook.

Favorite Racer: That's easy. Bill. Second place DW.

Best Racing: The 2000 season was probably our closest season ever and our best. It was close to the very finish. In 1990 Bill won the race to Vegas at the Hales Corners Speedway Sponsored by Central Services. That is one benefit I enjoyed. It was our first trip to Vegas.
A win at Daytona International Speedway and Road America in 06. 2nd Place finish in Mid American in 07.

Favorite places to watch a race: Anywhere that I can see the whole track.

Personal Vehicle: 97 Grand Am (gets better mileage than the truck.)

Mark

Name: Mark Silber

What he does: Mark comes to as many races as he can. He's a busy man as he owns and runs Fin and Feather in Greenfield, WI and Flappers in West Allis. That doesn't leave him much time for foolishness like racing. Mark helps with everything from changing tires to replacing engines when we are unlucky enough to have to do that. Mark has been helping the race team for the past 7 or 8 years but we have known him since he was in high school and he is 40 something now.

Family: Married to Carolyn

Birth date: Same as my brother (He's a twin)

Ken

Name: Ken Czubkowski

Birth date: September 8th,1946

Birth Place: Milwaukee

What he does: Ken is Bill's right hand man. He works with Bill at night and on weekends. Ken does everything from the wiring on the car to hammering out fenders after a rough weekend. If it weren't for Ken we would have a hard time racing the way we do. Ken has helped Bill with all of his racing endeavors since 1975. We hope Ken sticks around for a while, at least until Bill retires when he's about 80 years old.
